12 Habits To Reduce Your Daily Tasks

 1. Set aside some time each day for doing nothing at all.

2. Learn how to use one new productivity tool every month.

3. Take care of any small, nagging tasks first thing in the morning.

4. Write down five things you're grateful for every night before bed.

5. Put your phone on airplane mode when you go to bed and when you go into meetings where it won't be appropriate (or welcome) to check email or messages; this will help ensure that you get enough sleep each night and that you have enough attention left over for the people around you during the day!

6. Meditate for 10 minutes every morning before getting out of bed (or after if you can't fall asleep).

7. Make sure that there's no clutter around you when you work; clean up as you go along so that there's less to deal with later on!

8. Create an unbroken chain of successful days by starting with a success each day—even if it's just getting out of bed on time or making your bed before going back to sleep for another few minutes!

9. Do something nice for someone else every day (and let them know about it). This could be anything from sending an encouraging note or text message to someone who needs it to volunteering at a local charity; just make sure that you're also taking care of yourself first and foremost!

10. Don't forget to take some time for yourself as well—put away your phone and other distractions so that you can relax and recharge throughout the day!

11. Keep track of your progress in a journal or spreadsheet so that you can see how much better (and more productive!) you're becoming over time!

12. Remember: these are just suggestions—find what works best for you based on your unique personality and needs!
